Organising government Dalit employees for dignity, rights and equal opportunity.
AP.G.D.E.A stands with Dalit employees across government service in Prakasam district — on postings and promotions, welfare entitlements, and the everyday fairness the Constitution promises.
దళిత ఉద్యోగుల సంక్షేమమే మా సంఘం లక్ష్యం — Educate. Organise. Agitate.
Guided by the vision of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar
A collective voice for government employees from the Dalit community
The AP Government Dalith Employees Association was formed so that no member stands alone when facing an unfair transfer, a stalled promotion, or a welfare scheme lost in paperwork. We bring employees across departments in Prakasam district onto one platform.
We work alongside — not against — the administration, raising issues through proper representation, documentation and follow-up, while running welfare, education and cultural programmes that strengthen the community beyond the workplace.
"Educate. Organise. Agitate." — the founding principle we borrow from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, and try to live up to every day.

Community & education
Scholarships guidance, awareness meetings and cultural programmes that carry Ambedkarite values into daily life.
How we support members, step by step
When a member brings us an issue, this is broadly the path it takes — from first conversation to resolution.
Listen and document
Every case starts with a direct conversation with the member, and a written record of the issue, department and timeline involved.
Raise it through proper channels
Office bearers prepare and submit representations to the concerned department or authority, citing relevant rules and precedent.
Follow up, together
We track the matter with the member rather than leaving them to chase it alone, and escalate through the district and state units where needed.
Share the outcome with the community
Resolutions are shared at member meetings, both to close the loop and to help others facing similar situations.
